Nous recherchons les talents d'un(e) Assistant(e) Event International (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes à l'occasion d'une alternance de 12 mois à partir 31 aout 2026. Ce poste est basé à Paris (75).

Rattaché(e) au Global Influence Senior Manager, Au Sein De L'équipe Communication Internationale, vos principales responsabilités seront :

Job responsibilities

Evènementiel

  • participation à l’organisation des événements internes & externes.
  • soutien logistique et opérationnel sur ces événements.
  • création de supports dédiés pour nos différents événements.
  • Veille mensuelle sur l’activité événementiel mondiale
  • Gestion et coordination des stocks produits

Profile

  • Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, de communication ou équivalent universitaire et vous recherchez une alternance. Idéalement, vous avez déjà effectué une première expérience dans le secteur de la Communication/Presse ;
  • Vous possédez une bonne capacité d'adaptation et vous vous intégrez facilement à une équipe ;
  • Dynamique, vous démontrez un intérêt marqué pour les réseaux sociaux, l'événementiel et la presse, et vous êtes curieux(se) des nouvelles tendances ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation et votre rigueur ;
  • La maitrise de l’anglais & de powerpoint est indispensable pour ce poste.
