Position

Elevating the awareness and developing the business of MH brands within respective sales area responsibility, hence relevant sales channels such as Gastronomic Accounts (e.g. hotels, high-energy & fine-dining venues, bars & lounges, nightclubs, national hotel chains), Retail Outlets (e.g. specialists, department stores, cash & carry markets) but also Regional & National Wholesalers in close cooperation with Key Account Management Team.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage all customer-related topics to achieve sales targets and increase distribution and visibility
  • Identify new consumer touchpoints and customer outlets, respecting brand distribution strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships within your sales area
  • Expand customer base by promoting products in high-potential channels
  • Develop sales volumes, values, and sustainable profitability
  • Utilize budgets and support tools in line with corporate guidelines and sales segmentation
  • Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising with customers
  • Track and manage budgets (A&P, T&E), allocations, complaints, claims, and returns
  • Implement and support customer events in cooperation with marketing and brand guidelines
  • Provide product training to customers and consumers
  • Monitor and report KPIs and competitor activities
  • Plan, execute, and document customer visits, using sales and planning data
  • Continuously optimize customer tour plans in agreement with Regional Sales Manager
  • Maximize use of sales force tools (e.g., ASPIRE, Qlik Sense)
  • Collaborate and communicate efficiently with internal teams and external customers

On Trade:

  • Support and implement customer events according to brand guidelines
  • Achieve product listings and expand distribution per channel strategy

Off Trade:

  • Negotiate and secure prime placements and cross-merchandising in stores
  • Execute brand marketing and merchandising guidelines at store level
  • Support and monitor category management implementations
  • Ensure optimal stock availability in stores through planning and order taking

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (sales focus preferred)
  • Proven sales experience in On Trade/Off Trade; FMCG background with premium brands
  • Strong market, product, and outlet knowledge; affinity for luxury, wines & spirits
  • Fluent in German and English; French and other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Structured, analytical, and highly organized; proficient in MS Office
  • Creative, passionate, and collaborative team player
  • Willingness for international mobility; valid Class B driving license
  • Munich region residency
