Your Mission:
Responsibility to provide an efficient and customer-oriented service and to ensure on-time order processing for Austria, Germany & Switzerland.
Job responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Management
- Management of Order to Cash process: Customer direct-call, EDI-Ordering SAP, ASPIRE (Sales Force), Multi delivery orders, invoices, credits, promotion and promotional orders
- Helping customers by a thoughtful communication and problem solving methods
- Handling of returns (Claims)
- Support on projects with Customer Service involvement, testing
Tracking
- Proactive tracking of orders and delivery statuses, internal and external communication on the orders fulfilment and delivery status in case of any deviation, Deadlines, Errors
Clarification
- Error analysis and correction, intervention at logistics partners, customers, MHIS helpdesk, EDI process, IDOC clarification
- Orders without invoicing, blocked orders
Communication
- Ensuring complete communication with all relevant partners incl. billing
- Close coordination and colaboration with Sales Teams
- Usage of different communication tools (MS Office, Zoom, Sales Force…)
Other Tasks
- Customer care: telephone service, information exchange
- Monthly Stock reconciliation between MH and our Logistic Partner in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
Profile
Your Profile:
Education
- Commercial apprenticeship and or/studies with focus on sales, logistics or administration
Professional experience & know how
- At least 5 years of professional experience in customer service or in a similar position
- Customer focus, learning flexibility, integrity, and trust
- Very good MS Office knowledge and SAP R / 3, Sales Force knowledge would be an advantage
Languages
- Fluent in French, German & English
