Trade Marketing strengthens and integrate brand positioning and desirability with channel development strategy creating a connecting link between our main stakeholders.

Main Objectives:

  • Unfold brand strategy from the perspective of each sales channel (on premise, off premise, high energy)
  • Support the development of channels by understanding their specificities
  • Lead business development fronts in partnership with main stakeholders

Ensure that customer execution is 100% aligned with the company's strategy

Job responsibilities

Based in São Paulo, the Trade marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Trade marketing Manager.

It will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies and activations for Sparkling Wines and Spirits categories, ensuring alignment between Marketing and Channels objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop trade marketing strategies for Sparkling Wines and Spirits categories, aligning with overall brand objectives and commercial targets.
  • Integrate brand strategies with channel-specific strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impactful execution across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and channel analysis to identify opportunities and develop data-driven plans and activations focused on driving sell-out.
  • Lead the implementation of trade marketing activations and experiences in On-Premise, Off-Premise and High Energy channels, ensuring excellence in execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agencies, to ensure effective collaboration and program success.
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Trade Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to optimize program performance and maximize ROI.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget for assigned categories, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines (A&P and FTT)

Profile

Required Competencies & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the beverage or luxury goods industry.
    • Experience developing and implementing trade marketing programs in On-Premise and Off-Premise channels.
    • Experience with High Energy activations and event management.
