Moët Hennessy is looking for a Regional Off Trade Sales Manager. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the commercial strategy for the VDM region in order to maximize sales, market share, and brand positioning, ensuring flawless execution within the Off Trade channel.

The position will be responsible for designing and implementing the commercial plan aligned with the national strategy, meeting and exceeding Sell-In, Sell-Out, and margin targets. It will also lead, develop, and motivate a team of sales executives and brand ambassadors; oversee activations in the market; collaborate closely with Trade Marketing; and identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.

This role will report to the National Sales Manager.

Job responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute the regional Off Trade commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with national business objectives and driving performance across the VDM and Central regions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on executional excellence and continuous growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with key Off Trade customers, ensuring optimal negotiation outcomes, portfolio visibility, and long-term business development.
  • Oversee in-store execution and activation plans, securing perfect visibility, availability, and compliance with brand guidelines at the point of sale.
  • Analyze commercial performance and market trends, identifying growth opportunities and implementing data-driven initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

 

Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the alcoholic beverages, luxury or FMCG industry .
  • Experience managing key customer accounts in specialist channels (e.g., Alianza, La Europea). Relevant experience in commercial roles and retail channels will be highly valued.
  • Experience working with Modern Trade / Self-service channels.
  • Advanced negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel.
