Moët Hennessy is looking for a Sales Ambassador, responsible for driving the company’s commercial growth across Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas. This role oversees a strategic portfolio of accounts On Trade (premium consumption venues such as hotels, restaurants and bars).

The role combines strong commercial capabilities with flawless operational execution, proficiency in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and administrative discipline, as well as advanced negotiation skills—particularly within the On Trade segment.

The position reports directly to the Bajío–South Regional Management.

Job responsibilities

Commercial Management

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure achievement of sales, distribution, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Develop new territories across the assigned region (Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Careyes, Tepic, Nuevo Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho entre otros)
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships within the On Trade channel.
  • Oversee flawless on‑premise execution: activations, displays, inventory levels, compliance with agreements, and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions, promotions, space agreements, and volume commitments.
  • Ensure proper implementation of Moët Hennessy’s global and regional initiatives.

Analysis, Reporting & Administration

  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of KPIs: sales, forecast accuracy, inventories, pricing, margins, sell‑in and sell‑out.
  • Prepare executive reports and data‑based insights to support decision‑making.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and account performance.
  • Maintain updated administrative documentation: contracts, commercial agreements, client onboarding, investment reports, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure impeccable compliance with internal processes and commercial management systems.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in the alcoholic beverages, luxury, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in On Trade channel sales.
  • Strong negotiation experience with buyers, operators, and regional management.
  • Desirable experience managing Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas (residence in Puerto Vallarta is required).
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fine wines and spirits.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality development.
