As the Sr. Manager of Client Development for the Private Sales Region, you will be instrumental in shaping our client development strategy for your Region. Your mission is to retain and grow our top clients through curated experiences and action plans. You will work closely with key regional stakeholders (brand teams, operations, sales, CRM) and the MH Private Central Client Relations team to ensure global consistency (global guidelines execution and global client journey).
You will design an exciting calendar of local and global experiences, support event execution, bring innovative ideas, build key partnerships and align them with A&P strategy. Additionally, you will lead the deployment of the CRM strategy for the MH Private community in your region, overseeing data collection, data crunching to work on segmentation & profiling as well as client journeys with the support of the MH Private Central team. You will also ensure compliance with GDPR and other regional data protection regulations.
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Job responsibilities
Events Management & Partnerships
- Dedicated MH Private events and regional/ local activations according to client segmentation, ensuring a granular approach to client treatment.
- Support execution of all events reflecting the values and standard of MH Private. Bring creative and innovative ideas to enhance client experiences and events.
- Manage key partnerships with Maisons, LVMH & external prescribers to grow the customer base and develop loyalty to the brands.
- Leverage relationships to create unique and memorable experiences for clients.
- Events follow up & tracking, ensure ROI (Return on Investment), and maintain the traceability of these events and client treatments (into our CRM tool).
CRM & Data Management
- Lead and animate the CRM strategy for the Regional MH Private community (data collection, retention, repurchase, etc.)
- Build dedicated program according to client segmentation & profiling
- Supervise digital client journeys to ensure effective and efficient CRM practices.
- Collaborate with the MH Private Central team to ensure cohesive and aligned CRM strategies.
- Provide concrete actions to encourage greater proactivity in data management.
- Monitor the digital tools adoption rate and act as a relay for tool training sessions.
- Monitor KPI client consent and guarantee adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
Product Marketing
- Oversee product pipeline with central team & Maisons
- Plan offers forecasting & determine the regional allocations & A&P strategy with MD
- Design client facing templates with the help of the MH central team
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy according to business priorities
Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Professional Experience
7+ years of client development, sales and marketing experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Practical/Technical Knowledge
- Very strong in cross-functional collaboration settings, project management, problem-solving and ability to influence with business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong social skills.
- Demonstrated experience in translating analytical insights into actionable and simple business recommendations.
- A client-centric and growth-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A very organized and process driven attitude.
- Experience with CRM products and knowledge and practice of PowerBI or similar software.
