Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will act as a strategic business leader, owning and driving the end-to-end performance of key travel retail accounts across the Americas airports.

You will be responsible for developing and expanding high-value partnerships with regional and local stakeholders, securing commercial agreements that drive sustainable growth, distribution, and profitability.

This role plays a critical part in accelerating revenue, elevating in-store performance, and delivering best-in-class retail execution, while strengthening MH’s presence and influence within the airport ecosystem.

You will lead, inspire, and develop a team of Retail Operations Managers and Sales Ambassadors, ensuring flawless execution on the shop floor and maximizing the visibility, desirability, and performance of the MH portfolio across all key locations.

Job responsibilities

SALES

  • Own and drive the commercial strategy and negotiations across regional and local travel retail partners to maximize revenue, market share and long-term profitability.
  • Lead Business Review with regional and local customers.
  • Ensure pricing strategy accuracy in all airports.
  • Elevate MH’s influence within airport authority networks.
  • Set clear direction and priorities for Retail Operations teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and in-store execution.
  • Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies to drive sell-out, innovation success and category leadership.

RETAIL

  • Own and drive end-to-end retail execution excellence from negotiation to in-store activation and performance tracking.
  • Lead retail visibility and space negotiations to maximize brand exposure.
  • Ensure best in class execution of activations together with Marketing team.
  • Define and monitor KPI’s (Sell-out, conversion rate...) and implement action plane to drive improvement.
  • Lead and develop Sales Ambassadors to ensure flawless executions.
  • Build strong partnerships with retailers for MH to remain a preferred strategic partner.

FINANCE

  • Accountable for P&L, Budget/LE1/LE2 performances
  • Drive profitability growth, balancing sell-in expansion with strong sell-out performance in line with investment.
  • Reporting: Mid-Month Forecast, R&O, Monthly report, D+1, customer performance.
  • Optimize FTT/A&P/T&E budgets. Monitor and control spending monthly.

LOGISTIC / SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Supply planification including monthly reviews with the operations team.
  • Yearly shipment plan to agree with customers and organize periodical reviews to monitor AYL.
  • Payment/delivery: ensure proper service level.
  • Monitor Route to Market and information needed by operations team.
  • Responsible for building partnerships with the local operators’ supply teams.

Profile

Education:  Degree holder (MBA preferred)             

Languages: Fluent English & Spanish

Professional experience & know how:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in sales at international level ideally on Wines and Spirits Market
  • International business negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of key LAC markets and Travel Retail

Team Management 

  • Good team management skills (retail specialists)
  • Able to influence and motivate teams who may not directly report to this position
