Job responsibilities

ENGLISH

Within the Finance & Operations department, a Regulatory Affairs team has been established. One of the missions of the department is to support Maison and markets for Wines and spirits registrations in the countries of destinations. The improvement of the tools put in place for internal stakeholders is the main focus of this missions

The Regulatory Affairs department of Moët Hennessy is looking for an Intern (M/F) for a 6-month period starting September, 2026.

Your mission:

Under the supervision of Laure Jolly-Zarrouk, the intern will have the following responsibilities:

• Data Migration: Transfer the Export database - called "MH Library" - to SharePoint, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data and the proper information of users in our various Houses (brands) and markets.
• Audit and Nomenclature: Conduct a complete audit of this "MH Library" database, then design and implement a new, clear, and effective nomenclature. Then, create didactic "1-pager" type documents to explain to users the processes for obtaining export documents, the nomenclature, etc.
• Export Playbook: Develop a "playbook" type tool to synthesize all the registration processes for wines and spirits in our export destination countries.
• Registration Support: Provide active support in the preparation of registration files for our products.

Au sein du département Finance & Opérations, une équipe Affaires Réglementaires a été mise en place. L'une des missions de ce département est de soutenir les Maisons et les marchés pour l'enregistrement des vins et spiritueux dans les pays de destination. L'amélioration des outils mis en place pour les parties prenantes internes est l'objectif principal de ces missions.

La département Affaires Réglementaires de Moët Hennessy recherche un(e) Stagiaire (F/H) pour une durée de 6 moins à compter du septembre 2026.

Votre mission

Sous la supervision de Laure Jolly-Zarrouk , le/la stagiaire aura les responsabilités suivantes :

• Migration de données : Transférer la base de données Export - appelée "MH Library" - vers un SharePoint, en assurant de l'intégrité et l'exactitude des données et de la bonne information des utilisateurs dans os différentes Maisons et marchés.
• Audit et Nomenclature : Réaliser un audit complet de cette base de données "MH Library ‘’, puis concevoir et mettre en place une nouvelle nomenclature claire et efficace. Puis créer des documents didactiques type ‘1-pager’ afin d’expliquer aux utilisateurs les processus d’obtention des documents exports, la nomenclature etc….
• Playbook d'exportation : Développer un outil de type "playbook" pour synthétiser l’ensemble des processus d'enregistrement des vins et spiritueux dans nos pays de destination à l’export.
• Support à l'enregistrement : Fournir un support actif dans la préparation des dossiers d'enregistrement de nos produits.
