Job responsibilities

Context

You will be a member of the Moët Hennessy Global eBusiness team. Our mission is to drive our Maisons online presence & support Market’s eBusiness sales development. We drive MH digital transformation and fuel recruitment and engagement of younger generations.

The position

You will be part of the Global eKey Accounts team whose mission is to launch and scale eKey Accounts operations globally, leverage data-driven insights, and incubate innovations to continuously accelerate profitable growth and brand strength.

As a Global Amazon Coordinator, you will lead the monitoring and content excellence of our Brands on Amazon, contribute to business performance analysis and actively support the launch of new marketplaces.

Amazon Content Excellence

  • Be the "champion" for the Profitero platform and Digital Shelf KPIs. Understand how these measures work, ensure their accuracy, drive adoption, help Global & Market teams build and maintain their scorecards.
  • Work closely with the Global Digital Content team & co-lead the monthly meeting with markets: share best practices, coordinate market needs on content for Amazon and monitor implementation & impact.
  • Continuously improve the product catalogue on Amazon with best-in-class content on product pages, Brand Stores and media activations, developed in collaboration with the Global Content Team.
  • Collaborate with Global Digital Content & Experience team to implement test & learn initiatives.
  • Maintain Amazon catalogue to ensure accurate vision of assortment and clean reporting in our performance dashboard.
  • Support the launch of new markets in terms of content and tools / processes.

Amazon Performance

  • Analyze key performance indicators on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and help identify and implement acceleration plans.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on assortment to identify gaps and on consumer data (eg average basket, repeat purchase…) to share insights with Maisons & Markets.
  • Assist the Global Amazon Business Development Manager to coordinate media operations with agency and markets. Leverage Pacvue to monitor performance and challenge agency.

  • How to analyze digital shelf performance (content, out of stock, rating & reviews, organic ranking…), and online activations
  • How to optimize online content and measure the impact of improvements.
  • Project management skills, coordinating digital content and activation projects.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixial organization.

Profile

Professional experience, technical skills & know how

  • Last year / graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French & English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities and takes action.
  • Team Player: Communication & collaborates well with others to contribute to team success.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
