Moët Hennessy, the world leader in luxury wines and spirits, has recently entered into a 10-year strategic partnership with Formula 1 within the LVMH Group. This unprecedented partnership represents a unique opportunity to unite the excellence of our Maisons with the thrilling universe of motorsport.
As part of this journey, we are looking for an intern to support the F1 team in the deployment of Moët Hennessy’s activations around Formula 1. Based within the Corporate Communication team and reporting to the F1 Program Manager, the intern will play a key role in operational support and coordination.
Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
International Coordination Support
- Assist in the smooth circulation of information between Maisons, Markets, LVMH, TAG Heuer, Louis Vuitton and Formula 1 teams.
- Prepare, update and format project management tools (presentations, timelines, action trackers, reports) to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Contribute to coordination with agencies and external partners, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and approvals are met.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the F1 team.
- Support the F1 Program Manager during away Grand Prix weeks, handling emails and operations.
Brand Activations & Event Execution
- Support the preparation and implementation of 360° activations across different Maisons and Markets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with F1 contacts and local markets on logistical aspects (deliveries, set-ups).
- Ensure the proper flow of information between event stakeholders before, during and after each Race.
- Assist in end-to-end F1 event creation, coordinating with markets, partners, and internal teams.
Communication & Content
- Follow up and ensure the collection of brand content (photo, video, digital assets) and ensure archiving and sharing with Maisons and social media teams.
- Support the development of the F1 internal newsletter with the Communications team, contributing visual assets, proposing content ideas, and providing editorial feedback.
- Contribute to the monitoring & reporting of communication campaigns (coverage, visibility & other metrics)
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to coordinate F1-related internal events
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Assist in the preparation of VIP/VIC dossiers in collaboration with MH Private and F1 teams, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the follow-up of guest lists, invitations and on-site hospitality logistics.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-standard client experiences in line with Moët Hennessy’s luxury positioning.
- Collect and consolidate feedback to improve the future of hospitality experiences.
- Support F1 Media Accreditation, managing the collection and communication of accreditation information.
Tracking, Reporting & Knowledge Management
- Contribute to post-Grand Prix reports (Presentations with key figures, visuals, press/social coverage…)
- Update and maintain reporting documents for internal teams and top management.
- Help structure, centralize and archive project documentation to ensure practices & knowledge are retained.
- Support the creation of dashboards and tools to track performance and measure the impact of activations.
Profile
Education & skills
- Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, events, communications and luxury industries.
- Previous experience or knowledge of the motorsport industry is an advantage, particularly Formula 1.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Proficient in managing and reporting key metrics for events and market activities, including volume and budget tracking
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

Contract: Internship
75% reimbursement of public transportation pass
