Within the Finance & Operations department, a Regulatory Affairs team has been established. One of the missions of the team is to anticipate new regulations in a context of growing developments particularly in relation to sustainability and environmental matters.

The Regulatory Affairs department of Moët Hennessy is looking for an Intern (M/F) for a 6-month period starting mid-september 2026.

Under the supervision of Laure Jolly-Zarrouk, the intern will have the following responsibilities:

Job responsibilities

Recyclability:

  • Compile guidelines and regulations related to the recyclability of packaging and products, from various sources such as Citeo (France), Denmark, and the United Kingdom.
  • Complete compilation as per new regulations publications

Green Claims or Environmental Claims:

  • Define internal guidelines based on existing or developing regulations concerning environmental claims (so called green claims).
  • Prepare and facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, product development, etc.) to raise awareness on best practices and regulatory requirements.

Global EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), EUDR (Deforestation Regulation), PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation):

  • Provide operational support for the implementation of new regulations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
  • Participate in data collection, report preparation, and coordination with the various departments involved.

Global Operation (export) :

  • Provide operational assistance to help secure the export of products from our 28 Maisons in a variety of markets worldwide: preparation of regulatory briefs, collection and dissemination of documents, follow-up with local teams, etc

Au sein du département Finance & Opérations, une équipe Affaires Réglementaires a été mise en place. L'une des missions de cette équipe est d'anticiper les nouvelles réglementations dans un contexte d'évolutions croissantes, particulièrement en matière de développement durable et d'environnement.

 

Le département Affaires Réglementaires de Moët Hennessy recherche un(e) stagiaire (F/H) pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de mi-septembre 2026.

 

Votre mission:

Sous la supervision de Laure Jolly-Zarrouk, le/la stagiaire aura les responsabilités suivantes

Recyclabilité :

  • Compiler les directives et réglementations relatives à la recyclabilité des emballages et produits, en provenance de diverses sources telles que Citeo (France), le Danemark ou et le Royaume-Uni.
  • Compléter la compilation au fil des publications de nouvelles réglementations.


Green Claims ou Allégations Environnementales :

  • Définir des guidelines internes sur la base des réglementations existantes ou en cours de discussion concernant les allégations environnementales (green claims).
  • Préparer et animer des sessions de formation à destination des interlocuteurs internes (marketing, communication, développement produit, etc.) pour les sensibiliser aux bonnes pratiques et aux exigences réglementaires.

REP (Responsabilité Elargie du Producteur), EUDR (Règlementation sur la Déforestation), PPWR (Règlementation sur les emballages et déchets d’emballages) :

  • Fournir un support opérationnel pour la mise en œuvre de l’ensemble de ces nouvelles réglementations relatives à la Responsabilité Elargie du Producteur (EPR) et au Règlement EU sur la Déforestation (EUDR).
  • Participer à la collecte de données, à la préparation des rapports et à la coordination avec les différents services concernés.

Global operations (export)

  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel à l'exportation des produits de nos 28 Maisons vers divers marchés: préparation de dossiers réglementaires, collecte et diffusion de documents, suivi avec les équipes locales, etc.

ENGLISH

  • Education: Student in an engineering school or scientific training program.
  • Skills:
    • Service-oriented and customer-focused.
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail.
    • Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential.
    • Ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
    • Good knowledge of IT tools combined with communication skills to adapt the presentation based on the audience.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Autonomy and proactivity.
    • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly

 

FRANCAIS

  • Formation : Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou formation scientifique
  • Compétences :
    • Sens du service et orientation client.
    • Rigueur et souci du détail
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable.
    • Capacité à travailler de manière structurée et organisée.
    • Une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques tout en ayant le sens de la communication afin d’adapter la forme en fonction de l’auditoire
