The E-commerce & Digital Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the in-house platform (IHEC) while managing and
overseeing all aspects of the organization’s online strategy. For third-party marketplace operations such as ZOZOTOWN and
Farfetch, you will work closely with the Marketing & E-commerce Director to ensure strategic alignment with overall business
objectives.
This role is responsible for driving e-commerce sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and optimizing digital
operations. Success in this role will be driven by your ability to leverage data-driven insights, collaborate cross-functionally with
marketing and retail teams, and develop initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Profile
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IHEC Sales Management:
· Drive sales growth through the IHEC platform by monitoring KPIs and implementing data-driven strategies.
· Ensure alignment with overall business goals and budget targets.
· Identify opportunities for revenue growth, including customer retention and conversion rate optimization.
· Work closely with business partners to secure appropriate site promotion plans and marketing exposure initiatives for
each season.
2. E-commerce Operations:
· Oversee end-to-end operations of the EC storefront, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and product
registration.
· Lead performance marketing and sales promotion planning to maximize customer engagement and transactions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Merchandising, Allocation, Retail Operations,
Customer Service, and HQ (New York)—to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
3. Marketplace Monitoring & Support
· Support the management of third-party marketplace operations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and
performance targets.
· Monitor marketplace performance and share key insights with the team, escalating issues to the Marketing & E-commerce Director when necessary.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting:
· Conduct in-depth product performance analysis to optimize pricing, inventory allocation, and promotional effectiveness.
· Generate detailed sales reports and actionable insights that support decision-making and business forecasting.
· Leverage web analytics tools to track customer behavior and drive continuous improvement in online sales performance.
5. Email & Digital Marketing:
· Manage email newsletter campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. · Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including performance tracking and ROI optimization.
· Plan and execute Ecommerce marketing through owned and paid channels, including EDM, Search (including SEO) and Paid Media.
6. Customer Experience & Growth Strategy:
· Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the online shopping experience across platforms.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, and Client Development) to align online and offline initiatives.
· Identify new e-commerce trends and innovations to keep the brand competitive in the digital marketplace.
7. Team Coordination & Development:
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and alignment on key objectives.
· Support back-office operations and vendor management to improve efficiency.
· Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
