Parfums Christian Dior Orient is looking for a PR & Influencer Marketing Executive to join the Middle East regional Communications team, based in Dubai.

Reporting directly to the Communications Director, the PR & Influencer Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving influencer relations and digital-first PR strategies to enhance Dior Beauty’s brand presence in the region. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, strategic, and digitally savvy professional with a strong network in the influencer and content creator space. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Communications team members on broader Communications projects, ensuring seamless integration of influencer activations within the overall Communications strategy.

YOUR MISSION ____________

Influencer Marketing & Digital PR Strategy

  • Support the Director to lead the development and execution of influencer PR campaigns to drive brand awareness, desirability, and engagement
  • Define influencer selection strategies based on brand and category fit, performance analytics, and regional market trends.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key influencers, content creators, and digital opinion leaders to maximize organic brand advocacy.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze influencer performance using platforms like Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Track Share of Voice (SOV) and Earned Media Value (EMV), providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance digital PR impact.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between influencers and internal teams for effective product seeding and campaign activations.
  • Work closely with the other team members on broader Communications projects, ensuring seamless integration of influencer activations within the overall PR strategy.

Product Seeding, Partnerships and Content:

  • Define and manage strategic seeding and product gifting plans in alignment with campaign objectives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee and manage paid partnerships in coordination with the Central team, ensuring all collaborations align with brand guidelines and contribute to elevating Dior Beauty’s earned content strategy.
  • Work towards enhancing the quality and creativity of earned content—both paid and organic—by guiding creators and partners to deliver high-impact storytelling.
  • With the support of the Communications Intern, ensure optimal stock availability and efficient tracking of PR closet inventory for influencer and media send-outs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of seeding initiatives and paid partnerships, using insights to optimize future outreach and content strategies.

Events & Activations

  • Support the Communications & Events Manager to conceptualize, plan, and oversee digital and influencer activations, ensuring strong brand storytelling and immersive guest experiences.
  • With the support of the team, lead end-to-end event execution, from scouting venues to coordinating logistics and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Identify new trends and partners to create innovative, high-impact digital activations and brand moments.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to integrate influencer marketing into key brand launches and events.
  • Provide post-event analysis, evaluating key learnings and areas of improvement.

Budget & Administration

  • Manage Influencer Marketing budget related to influencer collaborations, seeding, and digital events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee supplier management, including purchase orders and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure all expenses are correctly processed, aligned with budget plans, and reported efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, manage inventory of PR assets, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Place weekly Internal Requests. Assist the team with supplier creation, purchase orders and POs

Travel

  • Expected to travel 4-6 times per year within the GCC region or internationally for activations and influencer engagements.

Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
  • Strong network of influencers and content creators across beauty, lifestyle, and fashion.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PR analytics tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining a proactive and strategic mindset.
