BENEFIT COSMETICS INTERNSHIP - Training & Merchandising Intern Nordics - 6 months

Position

As a Marketing and Training Intern you will support marketing activities, event organization, and social media management. Key tasks include assisting with street marketing, outdoor events, digital content creation, and e-retail administrative tasks. You will also help with training logistics, in-store training preparations, and event planning for major retailer events. Additionally, you will support the field team with selling tools and manage the training Instagram account.

University Agreement Required: Please note that a university agreement is mandatory for the internship application to be considered.

The position will be based in Copenhagen

Job responsibilities

TRAINING ASSISTANT:

• Logistic assistant for training organization (meeting room deco / bookings for BBE’s etc.)
• Planning in-store trainings, preparations with breakfast and gifts.
• Event planning: 4 big events planned in 2025 with retailer staff
• Support our field team by providing them selling tools
• Manage training IG: ideas for selling tips and tricks

Marketing e-retail and trade:

• Assist Marketing Manager and Field Supervisor with implementation of marketing/promotional activities (street marketing, outdoor events, partnerships).
• Assist in organizing, planning and executing PR & Marketing events.
• Develop content and other marketing collaterals needed for trade projects. (e.g., flyers, stickers, candy).
• Remain commercially aware by researching competitors regarding new products and promotional activity.
• Assist in submitting translation requests for local partners with agency
• Support uploading material and assets into partners sites.

Social Media Management:

• Support with local content creation and giveaways coordination on social media
• Assist in monitoring all Social Media accounts included in our Global Digital KPIs, including tracking of Instagram stories/posts of our markets.
• Community management (replying to comments and DMs on our social platforms).
• Consumer support on Google reviews.
• Club Pink (micro-influencer community): scouting talents, managing send outs, and relationship building.

Logistics Management:

• Manage office logistics: send outs and package management (marketing and training).
• Control of PR stock in the office and stock overview in the basement.
