Job responsibilities
Job Description
YOUR MISSION _________
Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).
Facilitate the development of TR digital projects
· Research and report on best practices, trends and activities within Travel Retail Wechat eco-system
· Support in user testing of digital project
· Assist in content calendar preparation for Wechat and content translation work from English to Chinese, ensuring that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice
· Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, landing pages) to formats needed for digital projects and ensure proper execution
Execute, monitor and measure the success of Dior’s digital media campaigns to continuously optimize
· Manage media content preparation in Chinese, and execution with media agency
· Monitor the campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings for continual optimization
· Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail
Digital Operation Support
· Manage purchase orders, invoices and administrative duties
Profile
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE _________
· Able to commit at least 6 months (Jan 26 to Jun 26)
· University student or fresh graduate who wish to get in-depth knowledge in digital marketing with the exposure of a leading luxury beauty Brand – the House of Dior
· Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Photoshop a plus
· Excellent fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as the role involves regular communication with regional stakeholders and handling documents in Chinese, including reviewing, copywriting, and translating.
· Previous experience in project management, Wechat ecosystem or digital paid media is an advantage
· Understanding of best practices across social platforms: WeChat, Instagram, Facebook and more
· You have the creative mindset and the luxury/business acumen
· You are a highly motivated and fast learner, who pays strong attention to details
· You enjoy teamwork and have positive attitude with good project management skills
· You are digitally savvy, organized, open-minded, agile, energetic, desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
