Your Impact:

Within Parfums Christian Dior Greece Merchandising team, the Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring strong brand image consistency, concept quality, and coordination across retail projects. 

This role is crucial for respecting our brand identity and retail strategy, to create luxurious, and commercially effective retail environments that elevate the brand experience, capture the target consumer, and maximize conversion. 

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including marketing, trade marketing, sales, etc. 

Job responsibilities

  • Translate global retail and VM guidelines into local concepts.
  • Coordinate retail design and VM projects across channels.
  • Define and update brand standards, layouts, and guidelines.
  • Lead complex image projects (cabins, renovations, counters) as expert owner.
  • Follow up external design and VM providers for assigned projects.
  • Own and monitor the retail design & VM investment budget monthly.
  • Act as key interface with HQ / Brand Experience on image topics.
  • Support Marketing Director in arbitration with expert recommendations.

  • Luxury retail design & space planning (counters, boutiques, flagships)
  • Visual merchandising execution aligned to premium brand codes
  • Window, façade & in-store campaign design
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • 3D / CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent)
  • Planogramming & product zoning (skincare, makeup, fragrance)
  • Localization of global concepts
