Your Impact:

Within the Marketing team, the E-Bussiness Intern is responsible for supporting the daily operations and strategic development of our e-retail and e-commerce initiatives.

This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, optimizing sales performance across e-retail platforms and our own e-commerce channel, and gaining valuable insights into consumer behavior and market trends.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Marketing & Merchandising Team, Commercial Team, Back Office Team (Finance and Customer Service), Paris Headquarter Digital Departments, and External Partners

Job responsibilities

  • Support on the daily operations of both e-retail and e-commerce.
  • Coordinate the setup of new products to be launched on e-retail websites (data collection, translations, material delivery).
  • Support on full year eCommerce local activation plan and new feature implementation & testing.
  • Support on e-trade activations for new launches with key e-retailers (translations, briefing, tracking, result reporting).
  • Support on retail media activations.
  • Assist with e-retail brand corner refreshes.
  • Assist in monthly reports, including analysis of e-retail and e-commerce sales, campaign performance, consumer behavior, and site benchmarks, among other KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing local & global digital trends, competitor websites, benchmarks, and campaigns to ensure up-to-date strategies and insights.
  • Ad hoc tasks and requests (various updates, corrections on site, ad hoc projects, etc.).

Profile

  • Ideally, you would have experience in the e-retail, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing domain

 

  • Soft skills specifics:

    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a collaborative team player
    • Digitally savvy with a passion for emerging digital trends and platforms
    • Possesses an analytical and data-driven mindset
    • Strong organizational skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Passion for luxury and the beauty sector

     

    Hard Skills:

    • Master’s degree in digital marketing, eCommerce or related field
    • English (Fluent in writing and speaking) Scandinavian languages are considered a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) and mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of PowerBI & Business Manager, Google Analytics platforms is considered a plus
    • Previous experience in e-retail, eCommerce and/or digital marketing positions will be considered a plus
