Your Impact:

Within the commercial team, the Wholesale Retail Manager is responsible to oversee retail performance and drive business growth across the Nordic Region. This role is responsible for managing wholesale retail operations, developing strong partnerships, and leading field teams to deliver commercial objectives and elevate customer experience.

 

Job responsibilities

Team Management & Development

  • Lead and support a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Act as a key point of contact for retail teams on operational and business-related topics
  • Set and communicate objectives, and conduct regular performance follow-ups
  • Support team engagement, development, and performance management processes
  • Ensure effective planning and prioritization of field activities and store visit
  • Review and approve Travel & Expenses (T&E) submissions in line with company policy.

Retail Performance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store teams
  • Monitor commercial activity and performance and contribute to the implementation of actions to drive business growth
  • Coordinate and support key activations, events, and promotional moments to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand presence across points of sale

Local Icentives

  • Develop and manage monthly sell-out targets, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the team and retail partners.
  • Define and manage sales competition targets to incentivize performance across wholesale doors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate target communication to retailers, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor performance trends and provide regular updates to support decision-making
  • Coordinate performance tracking and ensure alignment across teams

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor retail execution and identify opportunities for improvement across the wholesale network
  • Support the implementation of merchandising and in-store standards
  • Gather and share market insights, including performance trends and competitive activity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives

Profile

Ideally, you would have 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury industry, Open to travel (70%) across Nordic & Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential and Proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.
