Your Impact:

Within the Nordics Retail team, the DTC Retail Manager is responsible to drive teams in our Direct-to-consumer Point of sales (Department store concessions & Boutiques) to achieve sales targets, develop & motivate teams to deliver the highest level of client experience, and develop productivity on our direct retail counters & Boutiques.  

This position will be directly managing our POS managers for all DTC POS (15) across our 4 countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland), including regular visits to each POS to coach teams, ensure brand image consistency & follow business development opportunities for each door.  

Job responsibilities

Team management & Development 

  • Lead & develop a high performing DTC Counters & Boutique managers ensuring continuous upskilling according to our goals, tools & ways of workings.
  • Provide support through coaching, retail skills training and performance management to enhance Beauty consultants’ growth & success withing our DTC doors.  
  • Be actively present on the floor, as the responsible to develop POS management teams to ensure they deliver the operational tasks & activities of their POS according to Dior standards, processes & guidelines.  
  • Lead recruitment & onboarding process for new team members alongside POS managers
  • Build development plans for each Beauty consultant & ensure consistent follow up with POS manager

Sales & Profitability development  

  • Work closely with Retail Development team and POS manager to drive sales performance & profitability by achieving the set targets for sales, average basket, item per transactions & other relevant retail KPIs 
  • Develop key relationships with Department stores floor & department managers to identify challenges & opportunities specific to each POS and design relevant joint action plans 
  • Work alongside Retail development to implement Retail focuses & activations according to company priorities

Shift planning efficiency 

  •  Working closely with Retail Development team Pilot shift schedules per POS, supporting POS managers with data driven approach based on business opportunities to maximize efficiency & productivity 
  • Coordinate deployment of off-payroll staff for KCPs and other relevant commercial periods to support sell-out development  

Brand image compliance

  • Support compliant brand image in all POS ensuring that displays are according to guidelines & follow up with POS managers on specific needs

Coach POS managers to ensure optimized use of POSM, generosity & testers in each point oOF SALES|

Profile

Ideally, you would have 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a preference for experience in the beauty or luxury industry, Open to travel (70%) across Nordic and Excellent in English, Scandinavian languages and/ or French will be a plus
