Your Impact:
As a Counter Manager for Parfums Christian Dior at our Illum flagship, you will be responsible to deliver retail excellence in customer service, store operations, as well as engaging & driving your teams towards our business goals. This role requires excellent leadership skills, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.
Job responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter retail KPIs on a daily basis
- Drive & Motivate the team to reach daily gaols
- Lead Daily brief with targets & focus & including Trainings on novelties / top sellers, presentation of retail activation initiatives…
- Weekly target & development action plan for each team member driving them toward our team goal & developing individual strengths
- Monthly counter brief recapping on priorities & achievements vs target
- Develop team to deliver retail Excellence
- Master knowledge on the brand, products & services, leveraging all retail educations tools
- Recruit & Develop durable relationships with clients through relevant clientling actions in store & remotly
- Apply standards operation procedures for all retail processes (stock intake, inventory, purchase registration…)
- Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs (NPS, Mystery shopping) & develop action plans to improve our performance
- Lead POS Operations focusing on efficiency & productivity
- Responsible for effective stock management (implementing inventories, replenishments, cycle counts according to guidelines)
- Ensure monitoring of OOS & replenishment to delivere relevant alerts / inputs to Retail operation & supply team
- Plan efficiently shifts according to store traffic & sell-out potential per hour/day/week/month
- Monitor stock of Point of sales material (gifts, samples art of gifting) & testers to ensure sufficient levels & efficient use
- Promote Dior desirability & growth on the point of sale
- Responsible to implement merchandising guidelines & the POS and promptly alert on any issue / maintenance needed
- Develop strong relationships with retailers teams & management to make Dior best in class partner for the department store
- Identify & report of relevant business opportunities on the point of sales on a daily basis (results, action plan, competitor monitoring)

Profile
- Passionate retail leader with significant management experience ideally in Beauty / Luxury
- 8-10 years of previous professional experience with proven track record of delivering results in a competitive retail environment
- Danish and English proficiency, any other language is a plus
