Job responsibilities

As a Digital Specialist, you will spearhead the digital, e-retail, and e-commerce development across the market. Guided by our global brand strategy and the uncompromising standards of our luxury image, you will establish and elevate key digital touchpoints to maximize brand visibility and drive Share of Market (SOM).

 

Your primary focus areas will encompass e-retail excellence, CRM, owned e-commerce optimization, innovative digital tools, and premium consumer communication.

 

YOUR IMPACT

 

The Digital Specialist is part of the Digital Team and is in charge of:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-retail and e-commerce strategies that align with the brand's premium positioning, driving growth and continuous innovation.
  • Lead the development and optimization of the brand's own e-commerce platforms and digital tools to ensure a seamless, premium customer journey.
  • Expand e-retail channels and nurture partner relationships, executing annual plans to secure high-quality visibility, premium brand representation, and a top-tier customer experience across all partner media.
  • Direct digital communication, social media initiatives, and the creation of online media assets (e.g., rich media, retail media, newsletters) for both owned and partner channels.
  • Analyze performance data, monitor global market trends, and track competitive activities to extract actionable insights that drive business objectives; deliver executive reporting and presentations, while inspiring the team with strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional internal departments (marketing, commercial, CRM, IT, PR) and external stakeholders to execute digital projects and ensure cohesive brand development.
  • Manage and optimize the digital budget effectively to maximize ROI and optimal resource allocation across all e-commerce and e-retail initiatives.
  • Performing other duties when needed.

Profile

TECHNICAL SKILLS & MUST-HAVES:

 

  • University degree and previous professional experience (ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or premium goods industry), backed by a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with or additional expertise in visual e-merchandising, SEO/keyword research, website UX, Google Analytics, and diverse paid media channels (paid social, SEM, programmatic, direct, email marketing) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on platform management skills, including end-to-end content creation, product listings optimization, and the ability to independently create, edit, and upload graphics and product descriptions.
  • Bilingual communication and presentation excellence, requiring fluency in Romanian and advanced English (both written and spoken) for seamless daily business operations and impactful stakeholder presentations; a basic or communicative level of Polish is a distinct advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching) and PowerPoint, to effectively support data analysis and strategic reporting.
