Job responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

 

Marketing Trainee supports Marketing and Digital departments to grow the categories, build brand equity, build market shares across Poland and contributes to the growth of Dior brand.

 

Major focus areas consist of executing, tracking and optimizing local marketing plans, across all channels (B&M, e-retail, direct to consumer), ensuring highest brand standards.

 

 

YOUR IMPACT

 

Within the Marketing Team, the Marketing Trainee is in charge of:

 

  • Assisting your direct Manager in implementing locally the international strategy (marketing plans with product launches, trade plan and e-trade plan, communication plan, including CRM);
  • Creating and executing technical development of marketing materials (including PR & merchandising), digital (e-retail online media and social media, online product listings, labelling) & CRM actions, in line with international guidelines;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external);
  • Interacting effectively with other departments to support marketing objectives (sales, logistics, training, merchandising);
  • Helping in organizing annual meetings and specific events (conferences, Retailers conferences and Strategy meetings);
  • Keeping track on diverse administrative procedures;
  • Undertaking market/competitors research and analysis;
  • Reporting (Dior & competition analysis, both online and offline).

 

 

Internal stakeholders:

  • Work closely with marketing teams, all company departments (sales, finance, customer service, etc.), digital departments on international level and all EPCD countries;
  • Work closely with the Store Manager of the Boutique;
  • Marketing, merchandising and digital regional team.

 

External stakeholders:

  • External companies – media agencies (agency briefing, amendment, copywriting, proof-reading, translation agency), digital media, bloggers and suppliers;
  • Retailers and other business partners.

Profile

Key competencies:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Relevant previous experience within the Marketing department would be an advantage
  • Excellent written communications and presentation skills
  • Strong motivation and passion
  • Focus on high-end quality of execution
  • Be open-minded, imaginative and energetic
  • Be self-driven, responsible and organized
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Ability to communicate and establish good relations with the team and stakeholders
  • Ability to find new solutions and ideas
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and follow up on on-going actions
  • Ability to cope with a few different projects at one time
