Job responsibilities

Join the LOEWE Perfumes training team by supporting the creation of training materials, managing online training sessions, creating digital content, and backing our global trainers. Additionally, you will participate in the operational management and coordination, ensuring that every detail reflects our excellence.

  • Design of Training Materials
    • Create presentations, manuals, and product guides that communicate the history, values, and products of LOEWE Perfumes.
    • Collaborate with the Learning Content Creator to ensure that the training messages are faithful to the brand and correctly communicated to all markets.
  • Management of Online Training
    • Plan and conduct online training sessions.
    • Manage attendance, provide online technical support, collect feedback, and distribute gifts.
  • Global Training Support
    • Assist regions in finding spaces aligned with the brand.
    • Prepare kits of physical and/or digital materials for regional trainers.
  • Creation of Digital Content (Instagram & e-learning)
    • Create and edit videos, infographics, and quizzes to enhance learning.
    • Use these materials to reinforce the brand's values and product knowledge visually through digital channels, including Instagram and regular posts on this platform.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Measure the impact of the training sessions.
    • Analyze effectiveness through surveys and reports.
    • Suggest improvements based on the results obtained.
  • Operational Management and Coordination of the Department
    • Manage and create purchase orders (PO).
    • Create suppliers.
    • Handle international shipments.

Profile

SKILLS:

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and team player.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Attention to detail and strong management skills.
  • Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of digital / IT software for the development of training materials and presentations.
  • Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing or related field. Master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • LANGUAGES: English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
  • IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Note. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable.
  • EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus
  • IMPORTANT: Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
