Temporary Part Time Sales Associate & Store Operations

Pucci is looking for a Temporary Part Time Sales Associate & Operations Supervisor at their Woodbury Commons Boutique!

This role will assist in the day-to-day management and mentoring of our team of Sales Associates as well as develop and maintain a strong personal client business, ensuring an elevated experience for new as well as existing clients. The Sales Associate & Operations Supervisor will partner with the Store Manager to ensure key results, both quantitative and qualitative, are being met by the Sales Associates.

In addition, The Sales Associate & Operations Supervisor will support day to day operations and efficiencies in the store, improving processes to support store teams. This role is instrumental in the implementation of brand guidelines and providing ideas and solutions which can create new value to the improvement of retail operations and customer service.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Lead by example on sales floor and mentor staff on standard processes
• Keyholder, opening and closing responsibilities
• Making sure the store’s VM is up to standards in partnership with Store Manager
• Able to assist sales team’s clients if it is necessary
• Confident in leading executives, VIPs, VIC’s through the store
• Ensure all consignments are accurately checked, packed, sent, and returned in a timely and organized manner. Additionally, confirm sales team is supporting the BOH team with general organization and stock control
• Understand and complete all paperwork and procedures related to consignments, distance orders, stylist agreements etc.
• Meets individual and store sales goals bringing strong personal business
• Support the Store Management deploying training to all Sales Associates
• Support the Store Manager in driving standard methodology and optimum processes
• Support team in developing their understanding of key operational processes relating to product flow management and daily store operations
• Drive standard processes concerning optimization of stockrooms and operational excellence
• Examine all aspects of P&L to reduce cost and increase store efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in retail environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor/department manager role
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job responsibilities

The compensation for this position ranges from $18-$22 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
