Bienvenue chez RIMOWA, la première maison allemande du groupe LVMH.

Au sein du département Global Produit et Merchandising, et de l’équipe Visual Merchandising (HQ), vous travaillerez sur l’ensemble des missions opérationnelles de l’équipe VM.

Au cours de votre mission, vous aurez l’opportunité d’évoluer dans un environnement international, dynamique et diversifié.

Vous appréhenderez et contribuerez aux nombreux projets visuel merchandising de leur développement à leur déploiement.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Soutenir l’ensemble de l’équipe dans la réalisation de leurs projets.
  • Aider à la réalisation et à la mise en page des guidelines et autres outils VM.
  • Création de dossiers de présentations.
  • Analyse et mise en page des reportings VM.
  • Collaborer de manière transversale avec les différents départements de la Maison et assurer une cohérence 360°.
  • Soutien logistique et administratif sur l’ensemble des missions VM de l’équipe.
  • Aider à la préparation et participation aux shootings VM.
  • Veille concurrentielle et créative.


Profil :

  • Étudiant(e) en fin de cycle, de formation supérieure en Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion Management ou École de Commerce
  • Une première expérience en Visual Merchandising et en Retail de Luxe est un plus.
  • Créatif et force de proposition, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre implication, et votre motivation.
  • Vous avez le sens du détail, une sensibilité visuelle accrue et une bonne culture retail.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques VM.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), agile, avez l’esprit d’équipe et de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
  • L’anglais est indispensable à l’écrit comme à l’oral, une autre langue serait un plus.
  • Maitrise des suites Adobe et Office (Photoshop & Powerpoint) indispensables.

 

Vos principales missions et votre expérience vous offriront un aperçu des opérations de la marque, favoriseront le développement de compétences collaboratives au sein de divers départements, mettront en lumière les contributions de l'équipe VM et cultiveront une approche ouverte et flexible face aux défis.

Vous aurez aussi l’occasion de développer vos connaissances des techniques VM sur le terrain en participant aux visites et mises en place des magasins parisiens.

Within the Global Product and Merchandising department and the Visual Merchandising team (HQ), you will work on all operational missions in the VM team.

During your mission, you will have the opportunity to evolve in an international, dynamic and diverse environment.

You will collaborate on and contribute to the many visual merchandising projects from their development to their deployment.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Support the whole team in the realisation of their projects.

Profile:

  • Final year student, studying a degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion management or Business.
  • A first experience in Visual Merchandising and Luxury Retail is a plus.
  • Creative and proactive, you are recognised for your engagement and motivation.
  • You have an eye for detail, a high visual sensibility and a good retail culture.
  • You are skilled in VM techniques.
  • You are organised, agile, with a team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
  • English is essential both written and spoken, another language would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe and Office suites (Photoshop & Powerpoint) are essential.

 

Your main missions and experience will offer invaluable insights into brand operations, foster collaborative skills across various departments, highlight the contributions of the VM team, and cultivate an open-minded and flexible approach to challenges.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of VM techniques in the field by participating in store visits and the set-up of Parisian stores.
