Bienvenue chez RIMOWA, la première maison allemande du groupe LVMH. 

Nous recherchons un stagiaire motivé et soucieux du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe de Retail Training pour un stage de 6 mois. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous acquerrez une expérience pratique en soutenant la création et la prestation de programmes de formation percutants au sein d'un environnement retail dynamique.

Responsabilités du poste:

  • Aider au développement de supports de formation, de manuels et de modules d'apprentissage en ligne
  • Coordonner la planification et la logistique des sessions de formation, des ateliers et des séminaires
  • Soutenir les formateurs avec l'exportation de données, les communications de suivi et la gestion des questions-réponses 
  • Recueillir et organiser les commentaires des sessions de formation pour soutenir l'amélioration continue
  • Tenir des registres de formation précis et aider à préparer des rapports pour l'examen de la direction
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives pour soutenir l'équipe de formation et de développement
  • Mener des études de marché et des analyses de la concurrence

Profil recherché :

  • Poursuivant actuellement un diplôme en Retail, Learning & Development, Business, ou Creative Design
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et interpersonnelles
  • Maîtrise de MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) ; une expérience avec les plateformes d'apprentissage en ligne est un plus
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Proactif, fiable et désireux d'apprendre

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Training team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the creation and delivery of impactful training programs within a dynamic retail environment.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Support trainers with data export, follow-up communications, and Q&A management
  • Collect and organize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Training & Development team
  • Conduct marketing intelligence and competitor reviews

Profile Sought:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, or Creative design
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
