Job responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Controller EMEA to join our HR EMEA team, based in Paris EMEA Head Office.

Reporting to the HR Director EMEA, in this role you will work in close relationship with the HRBPs and Finance to manage all HR data & Staff Cost related topics.

Staff Cost Management & Forecasting:

  • Lead and coordinate the staff cost budget and forecasting processes for RIMOWA EMEA entities, working in close partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives

HR Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement across various HR functions

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual HR financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Compensation:

  • Provide essential support for the annual salary review (ICR) and bonus processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Analyze compensation data to identify market trends and internal equity issues

HR Budget Process Governance:

  • Develop and maintain clear guidelines and guidance for HR budget processes and systems, including Allshare, ensuring consistent application and best practices
  • Provide training and support to HR stakeholders on budget management tools and processes

Data Quality & Integrity:

  • Drive the implementation of our Core HR system throughout 2026 and identify areas of development through change management and continuous improvement mindset
  • Establish and maintain robust data quality controls within HR systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of HR data
  • Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors

Sales Commissions Calculation & Analysis :

  • Prepare the sales commissions calculation monthly for the entire EMEA region
  • Analyze the commissions trends in relation to the business results across the year to provide payment insights for top management (quarterly, mid-year and annual review)

Profile

Background

  • University degree (e.g. Masters) in a related field (business, HR, Finance…)
  • Minimum 3 years of similar professional experience
  • Experience in data analysis and HRIS
  • Solid project management skills with cross-functions, transversal management and collaboration
  • Passionate about engaging people and strengthening the company data culture
  • True team player with an optimistic attitude
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented
  • Structured way of working & multi-tasking
  • Willingness to learn in an international environment

Skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • An experience working on PowerBI and SAP Success Factors is appreciated
  • Languages: Fluent in English. French/German are a strong plus
