This role focuses on global procurement planning, interdepartmental collaboration, and continuous improvement within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Job responsibilities

YOUR TASKS:

• Global Procurement Planning Coordination:

  • Ensure execution of the supply plan by local procurement teams aligns with global policy and ensure accurate short/mid-term procurement planning to meet production needs.
  • Monitor and communicate procurement KPIs, define and review global procurement needs, and consolidate raw material supply needs over medium/long-term horizons.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure local procurement teams are trained and actively using core procurement processes and tools and improve existing processes and IT tools to meet business needs.
  • Manage relationships with Central Purchasing and collaborate with the Planning department to improve procurement reliability and service levels.

• Monthly Procurement Parameters Analysis (S&OP):

  • Define raw material stock policy, analyze deviations monthly, identify capacity gaps, and propose alternative scenarios with the purchasing team.
  • Analyze raw material obsolescence, participate in quality discussions with suppliers, and actively contribute to the S&OP cycle's material parts preparation and presentation.

• Animation of the Procurement Community:

  • Animate the procurement community to share, benchmark, and identify best practices, contributing to the development of supply chain knowledge in factories.
  • Create synergies within the LVMH group, participate in supply chain networks, and implement consistent performance reviews with key suppliers across all factories.

Profile

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in engineering or business (specialization in supply chain management preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning.
• Strong collaborative and negotiation skills for effective teamwork with diverse teams (Procurement, Sourcing, Client service).
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong written and oral communication skills, and an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
• Possess a practical, innovative, agile mindset, with proactivity and solution-oriented thinking, and DDMRP competency.
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft Excel and general data crunching; proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and B2Wise knowledge are a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is essential; proficiency in German is a strong asset.
