E-Business Logistics Specialist

Position

Main Purpose of the Job

• Coordinate on physical warehouse operation between Brands and Outsourcing company
• Lead the process optimization of E Business
• Report the E Business KPI
• This is a replacement hiring for Maternity/ Childcare leave

Job responsibilities

• Training site workers to follow the internal instruction ( Gift wrapping instruction, safety guideline etc. )
• Test the new process ( Gift wrapping, promotion, engraving etc. ) and follow up with Brands for final decision
• Review the E BIZ stock by brand to optimize the picking rack ( remove passed promotion stock etc. )
• Control the non-stock material for E Business ( shipping box, tape, filling, ribbon etc. )
• Communicate with related team to meet brand’s requirements and optimize warehouse efficiency for the E BIZ customizing process
• Manage the engraving plan per SKU, capacity and trouble shooting
• Prepare the monthly expense claim and purchase order for E BIZ
• Report the irregular process and follow up of corrective action

Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and excellent communication skills and strong leadership
• Good knowledge and experience for operation of logistics – picking, packing & shipping
• Customer focus, organized and action oriented, active & aggressive attitude, strong analysis skills
• Cost and results oriented, able to work within time constraints and schedules
• Good English Communication skill
• Comfortable in multicultural context
