Job responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruitment, control of internships, job descriptions, publication of vacancies, group dynamics.
- Monitoring of selection processes on the platforms for all interns in the organization.
- Implementation of internship agreements.
- Onboarding of new employees joining the company.
- Employer branding tasks. Contact with universities (Career forums, job boards, job fairs, events, etc.)
- Follow-up and update of the recruitment tracker and ATS.
- Reference point for trainees in the organization.
- Exit interviews.
- Collaboration and participation in the organization of trainings, events and participation in forums and meetings in Universities and Business Schools.

- Dynamic and quick learner.
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level). French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel); knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling programs is a plus.
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is valued.
- Availability for immediate start.
- Possibility to sign a university agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
