[LVMH Beauty] RA&QA Coordinator

Job responsibilities

 

• Register new products to relevant regulatory authority
  • Review/prepare documents before product importation
  • Register functional cosmetic to Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS)
  • Validate Korean label and review local claim/advertisement

 

• Assist quality matters follow-up
  • Investigate local quality issues and report to Region/HQ QA, under supervision of QA Manager
  • Review instructions to local quality issues from Region/HQ and share to stakeholders for required actions, under supervision of QA Manager
  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA) management
    (Review compliance status of CoA receipt before market release, review details of CoA for concerned batches, archive CoA, etc.)
  • Consolidate quality complaints from POS and visual inspection results of returned items

 

• Assist RA&QA matters
  • Monitor new/updates of regulations and prepare a draft of monitoring form
  • Support quality management (Draft document preparation on-site inspections and ISO 14001 audits)
  • Assist Operational RA Manager, QA Manager &; RA&QA Director on the assigned tasks

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree of science (Chemistry or related majors preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in regulatory or quality field within cosmetic or related industries
• A successful previous job experience in cosmetic industry would be preferred.
