[LVMH Beauty] Junior Business Controller

Position

• Be responsible for the preparation of financial statements / documents, financial analysis, establishment & control of budget and contribute to brand performance
• Maximize the quality of financial reporting and analysis under the supervision of Controlling Manager
• Be responsible for establishing, implementing, and controlling the budget and participate in strategic planning of the brand.

• Be responsible for gathering the financial information and analyzing monthly variance against budget with proper recommendation.
• Provide Strategic management accounting & financial analysis on business & help to achieve company objectives with proper recommendation.

Job responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting

1-1. Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-yearly, Yearly financial reporting such as:
     •  Syrus, Orion in compliance with the HQ’s guideline and Accounting Principle
     •  Capex reporting & Approval process follow up

1-2.  Management performance report

     •  Provide monthly management performance report 
     •  Analysis of Counter P&L to optimize points of sales’ contribution and productivity 
•  Provide functional and administrative management of all accounting control activities
•  Help to achieve objectives

2. Forecast 

2-1.  Budget, Revised 1, Revised 2 Revised 2, Rolling Forecast, Landing
     Establish, implement and control the budget following HQ’s guideline. P&L, Channel P&L, CAPEX, Balance sheet to be budgeted.
     •  Budget
     •  Revision 1 & 2
     •  Rolling forecast
     •  Landing
     •  3-year plan / 5-year plan

2-2.  Outlook
     
     •   Sales outlook every month: estimate sales outlook for the current month and the following 2 months with increased accuracy

3. Analysis

•    Sales performance analysis
•    Variance report : Analysis on variance Actual vs Budget with proper recommendation 
•    P&L analysis 
•    Develop and generate the logical and evidence-based reports and documents to support business decisions as required 
•    Make recommendations to management based on the present result of analysis and draw conclusion

4.  Control

•    Manage the day-to day financial activities of the brand
•     Provide right information and proper recommendation on critical issues

Profile

• University Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration or law
• Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage
• Strong experience and competency in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit (minimum 2 years)
• Well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical sense and skillful PC operation
• Precise and accurate
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
