Position

As Brand Manager - Regional, you will ensure a successful transition from distribution to local subsidiary and will play a crucial role in collaboration to the development and execution of the strategies in order to build and strengthen the brand's presence in a specific geographic region. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand management and marketing initiatives tailored to the local market's dynamics and customer preferences.

Job responsibilities

Market Strategy
•Develop localized strategies and plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition,and sales growth in the specific market.
•Conduct in-depth market research to understand local consumer behavior, preferences,and competition to inform strategic decisions.


Marketing and Communication
•Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, events,and public relations, to build brand awareness and loyalty
•Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and implement marketingcampaigns, product launches, and PR activities to resonate with the local audience.
•Ensure the brand's positioning and identity are consistently conveyed throughout allmarketing materials and customer touchpoints.
•Execute Brand CRM strategy to ensure a premium customer experience throughout theirjourney with MFK.


Retail and Distribution Management
•Oversee the brand's retail presence in Japan, including owned boutiques and retailpartnerships.
•Oversee the development and implementation of digital channels to optimize retail anddistribution activities, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
•Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
•Collaborate with local partners to ensure brand consistency and customer experience.
•Plan and execute events, activations, and collaborations that resonate with the localaudience.
•Utilize these opportunities to create buzz and generate brand awareness.

Sales Performance
•Build up with the GM sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase marketshare and implement them.
•Identify new business opportunities to be aligned with the GM Help build and maintain the relationships with key clients and stakeholder alongside theGM
•Analyze sales data and performance metrics to monitor the brand's performance in thelocal market.
•Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targets andincrease market share.

Team Leadership
•Lead and motivate a the MFK team.
•Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's successand professional development.


Budget Management
•Develop and manage in collaboration with the General Manager the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring proper allocation of resources to achieve marketing goalsand maximize ROI.

Profile

•Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the luxury goods industry, preferably with experience in the local market or a similar market segment.

•Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.

•Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

•Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies and initiatives.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams, as well as external partners.

•Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and an understanding of the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

•Fluency in Japanese and English.
