At LVMH Beauty Iberia and LOEWE Perfumes, we are offering internship opportunities starting in September 2026 for students available for a 12-month full-time internship. 

Job responsibilities

We offer opportunities across different departments: 

• Customer Service Intern: Support the Customer Service team in delivering an excellent customer experience while gaining exposure to order management and commercial operations. Assist with order processing, returns management, and claims resolution, working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams. Monitor customer inquiries, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure high service standards across all interactions.
• Finance Controller Intern: Support the analysis of expenditures, costs, and budget deviations to help monitor business performance. Assist in monthly closing activities, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Support the preparation of budgets and key financial reports (P&L, T&E, advertising). Manage the PO process, invoice control, and the maintenance of cost centers and analytical structures.
• Retail Operations Intern: Support the opening of new business units and the implementation of operational processes and systems across the retail network. Analyze sales performance, store productivity, and key business KPIs to identify opportunities and support decision-making. Assist in inventory management, stock control, and daily sales reconciliation. Contribute to monthly reporting and collaborate on international projects to drive operational excellence.
• Accounting Intern: Support financial data entry and ensure accuracy in line with company policies. Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. Help prepare financial statements, reports and management analyses. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost allocation and internal controls, and support ad-hoc financial projects.
• Accounts Receivable Intern: Support the monitoring and follow-up of outstanding payments and customer accounts, contributing to healthy cash flow management. Assist with payment processing, account reconciliations, invoice tracking, and year-end closing activities. Maintain accurate customer account records and provide regular reporting on debt status. Collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams to support efficient credit and collection processes.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
• Full-time availability for 12 months (our internships have a one-year duration).
• Languages: English and Spanish (Fluent, C1 level required). French language skills are a plus!
• IT Tools: Strong command of Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools. Knowledge of SAP environments and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Experience: Previous internship experience is a plus.
