Your Impact:

Within the Finance team, the Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounting, tax, treasury, internal controls, and credit management for LVMH P&C Korea. This role is crucial for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple brands, providing accurate financial insights, and fostering a high-performing finance team. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Brand Marketing Teams, Sales Teams, Supply Chain, Local Management, Regional Finance Teams, Group Head Office, External Auditors, and Tax Authorities.

Job responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Day-to-Day Missions

  • Lead monthly and annual closing processes, including the full Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Manage General Ledger postings and perform multi-brand Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of financial data and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax filings and payments, ensuring full regulatory compliance with local tax and international tax
  • Direct cash flow management, financial risk identification, and support treasury operations.
  • Drive accounts receivable management and credit policy implementation to optimize collection rates and manage credit risk effectively.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal control procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices.
  • Support external audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and ensuring audit readiness.
  • Maintain and optimize ERP Systems (AX or SAP) by managing configurations, validating data accuracy, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

PROFILE

  • 10+ years' experience in accounting, tax, treasury, credit management, and audit within a multinational environment.
  • Experience in multi-brand financial management.
  • Experience in retail industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
