About This Role:
The E-commerce Manager for TAG Heuer Korea will be pivotal in establishing .com in Korea and overall management of online business.
This role is responsible for enhancing customers’ experience and expanding our brand presence in the luxury watch & jewelry industry in digital world.
This position requires a professional knowledge about the ecosystem of online commerce and skills to operate the owned platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce establishment and management, and we anticipate this person to own highly organized, strategical, and possess exceptional communication skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of TAG Heuer Korea.
Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Director - South Korea.
Job responsibilities
E-commerce set-up & management
- Set up the local e-commerce system as closely communicating with HQ e-commerce, logistics, finance and IT team to provide the coherent brand experience.
- Working together with operation & IT team to ensure accurate and timely product updates, promotions, stock availability, and content refresh, etc.
- Implement the localized features (Kakao, Naver) in e-commerce and optimize the system.
- Set yearly/monthly sales & marketing plan to achieve the target and analyze the performance periodically.
- Plan e-commerce business strategy such as seasonal promotion, e-commerce dedicated GWP, etc.
- Oversee the client journey and try to optimize/improve every step of journey to be seamlessly smooth and convenient.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via e-commerce channels in coordination with CS teams
- Coordinate the order/delivery procedure (Customer order picking, shipment order, Return, refund process)
- Monitor order statistics and trending customer traffic
- Closing works in settlement period: ensure the financial reconciliation process for e-commerce sales (costs, sales and inventory movements)
- Generate monthly reports on sales performance
Performance Marketing
- Set a yearly/monthly performance media campaign plan as closely communicating with media manager.
- Monitor the KPIs and performances periodically and optimize the plan.
- Implement seasonal promotion to drive sales and track the performance to maximize the performance and impact.
- Bring a synergy with other functions in marketing & communication team to make the best efficient and effective marketing effect.
- Analyze e-commerce client and develop promotional program to increase the conversion rate and repeat sales rate.
Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online commerce at least 8-10years with bachelor’s degree. (Establishing own e-commerce experience will be a PLUS)
- Strong understanding of online commerce and performance marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal with complexities and changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Good command of ERP and order management software (SAP, SalesForce, etc.)
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- More than proficiency in English both verbal and written and native in Korean.
