As a S4 HANA IT Manufacturing Transformation Lead (M/F), you will play a key role in spearheading TAG Heuer’s digital transformation within the manufacturing domain by designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions to enhance efficiency and operational excellence. Based in Switzerland (La Chaux-de-Fonds, Cornol, Chevenez, Tramelan), you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity.
Job responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap for S/4HANA manufacturing transformation, aligned with business objectives.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and business fit.
- Implementation Leadership: Oversee end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA manufacturing modules (e.g., PP, QM, PM, EWM/WM integration), from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify pain points, and leverage S/4HANA to standardize, automate, and continuously improve workflows.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop SAP functional and technical teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with manufacturing leadership, IT teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and constraints, define mitigation plans, and ensure project governance and quality.
- Change Management: Drive adoption by supporting change management activities (communication, training approach, readiness, user adoption).
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively across the transformation portfolio.
- Stay Current: Monitor SAP S/4HANA innovations and manufacturing best practices to continuously enhance the solution landscape.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in SAP implementations with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM, EWM/WM).
- Proven track record leading large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes (production planning, shop floor control, quality, maintenance, inventory).
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of S/4HANA, including integration points with other modules.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel as required (if applicable).
Preferred:
- Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise/certifications.
- Exposure to Industry 4.0 / manufacturing digitalization technologies.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
