TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, confident people who are connected to the future.

POSITION SUMMARY:

TAG Heuer is seeking a driven and detail-oriented recent Business School graduate to join our North America team as a Retail Operations Intern. This is an exciting 12-month opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to launch their career within the LVMH group and gain hands-on exposure to luxury retail operations, financial processes, and boutique management at one of the world's most iconic Swiss watchmakers. If you are passionate about luxury retail and aspire to grow within the LVMH ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

Job responsibilities

1. Financial Administration & Invoice Processing

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of approximately 100 monthly vendor invoices across the boutique network.
  • Monitor and maintain the ESKER invoice queue, ensuring all documents are properly saved, reviewed, and coded.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders using the FIORI platform, accurately allocating funds across 26 distinct cost centers.
  • Partner closely with the Accounts Payable team to resolve discrepancies, clear blockers, and ensure timely vendor payments.

2. Boutique Openings & Cross-Functional Operations

  • Partner with the Senior Retail Operations & Client Development Manager to support new boutique openings and renovations, with a focus on executing the Boutique Opening Checklist, ordering all necessary store items, and ensuring all procurement stays strictly within the allocated budget.
  • Oversee and administer the Business Consignment Watch Program in direct partnership with the Human Resources team to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.

3. Data Gathering & Presentation Preparation

  • Extract and compile bi-weekly Google Review data across all 26 boutiques.
  • Analyze customer sentiment and categorize boutiques into performance tiers — Top, Mid, and Low — based on review metrics.
  • Assist in building performance tracking sheets and formatting data for bi-weekly operational presentations to leadership.

4. Boutique Logistics & Hospitality

  • Manage the monthly ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of Point of Sale (POS) supplies, including shopping bags, wrapping paper, and stationery.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison for key hospitality vendors (e.g., Couture Beverages), coordinating stock levels, delivery windows, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Provide high-level logistical support for major brand activations and events, including emergency supply triage and hospitality coordination for Grand Prix weekends.

5. Gifting & Internal Recognition Fulfillment

  • Execute the physical packing, wrapping, and shipping of luxury gifts to clients and top-performing retail staff.
  • Track and fulfill milestone awards for high-performing Client Advisors (e.g., the 1M,1.5M, and $2M Sales Clubs) with strict adherence to white-glove luxury presentation standards.
  • Coordinate high-volume holiday gifting logistics and courier shipments.

  • Months 10–12 | Leadership & Legacy: Strategic contribution, knowledge transfer, and LVMH career pathway planning

Formal check-ins will be conducted monthly with a mid-year checkpoint and end of program interview to ensure the intern is continuously supported, challenged, and on track toward a full-time operations role.

TAG Heuer
MAISON

1860, Saint-Imier at the very heart of the birthplace of watchmaking. A young ambitious watchmaker decides to found his own brand. His name: Edouard Heuer. At just 20 years old, he was to revolutionize the watchmaking industry by breaking away from the established rules. Ever since that time, TAG Heuer’s vocation has been to push back the boundaries and defy convention to invent incredible watches and chronographs of extreme precision. The invention of the oscillating pinion in 1887 exemplified this spirit, streamlining the chronograph’s design and enhancing its responsiveness—a principle that underpins our engineering philosophy even today. Then came the 1916 Mikrograph, the first stopwatch accurate to 1/100th of a second, cementing TAG Heuer's reputation as the precision timekeeper in competitive sports. Indeed, the world of TAG Heuer is intimately linked to motor racing and the division of time into infinitely small units, but its aura extends well beyond this arena. Capturing TAG Heuer’s ethos, our prominent partnerships and brand ambassadors express the brand’s passion for action and high performance. These include the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 Team, the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team, the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix and Monaco Grand Prix Historique, the World Endurance Championships and the Indianapolis 500. As for TAG Heuer ambassadors, they all share the ability to stand up to pressure, constantly pushing their limits. This illustrious group includes motorsport legends Ayrton Senna and Steve McQueen, Hollywood icons Ryan Gosling, Patrick Dempsey, Alexandra Daddario, and Wi Ha Jun, and tennis stars Naomi Osaka, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Petra Kvitovà. The brand's spirit of adventure is further represented by big wave surfers Kai Lenny and Maya Gabeira, alongside rising athletes such as Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Fred Kerley, Summer McIntosh, and Sky Brown.
