Dans le cadre de nos activités d'innovation au TAG Heuer Lab, nous développons dans nos laboratoires des nouveaux composants, procédés et matériaux pour des montres mécaniques avec le but de rendre les montres de demain plus performantes et exclusives. Basé à La Chaux-de-Fonds, Suisse, vous évoluerez dans une petite équipe de recherche, dans un environnement laboratoire proche d’un projet de semestre ou de master universitaire. Vous reporterez au Responsable Métallurgie.

Job responsibilities

Objectifs et résultats attendus : Etudier l’influence des paramètres de fabrication sur la géométrie ainsi que les propriétés mécaniques de composants horloger en carbone. Le but est de quantifier la dispersion des propriétés mécaniques pour plusieurs conditions de fabrication afin de choisir la configuration adéquate. A la suite de cette caractérisation, établir une synthèse des paramètres de fabrication permettant d’améliorer les performances selon le cahier des charges.

Contenu de stage :

Etat de l’art et recherche de littérature sur les techniques de dépôt CVD
Fabrication CVD de prototypes horlogers en carbone de nouvelle génération
Caractérisation des échantillons via diverses méthodes (microscopie, propriétés thermiques, propriétés mécaniques, …)
Analyse des données
Analyse des phénomènes physiques et chimiques en jeu

Profile

Étudiant de niveau Master 2 en École d'Ingénieur, dans le domaine de la science des matériaux ou physique-chimie
Connaissances des techniques de caractérisation et du traitement de données, en Python notamment, seraient un plus
Curieux, organisé, rigoureux, autonome et intéressé par l’expérimentation
