YOUR MISSION
As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in drive boutique sales and foster lasting client relationships by embodying the brand, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Based in Madrid, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Boutique Manager.

Job responsibilities
- Proactively achieve individual sales targets and KPIs by employing effective selling techniques and fostering team collaboration.
- Develop and nurture enduring client relationships, leveraging all available resources to consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences and exceptional service.
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and passionately serve as a Brand Ambassador, actively participating in events both within and outside the boutique.
- Actively promote and integrate omnichannel sales initiatives to ensure a seamless and superior client journey across all interaction points.
- Innovate and propose strategic ideas for sales growth, covering merchandising, special events, and optimizing the product mix.
- Master qualitative client data collection, utilizing insights to personalize client engagement and maximize business opportunities.
- Actively contribute to operational excellence, supporting all daily processes such as inventory management, cash operations, and security under boutique management guidance.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations or related commercial environments, supported by a strong commercial background and training.
- Proven knowledge of luxury retail operations, including selling techniques, clienteling KPIs, digital tools, and a deep understanding of brand DNA, collections, and retail procedures.
- Advanced fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
- Possesses a client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong service predisposition.
- As part of the LVMH LIFE360 program aimed at reducing LVMH’s ecological impact, which includes a Green IT vertical, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and be eager to be trained and to implement associated best practices
