Job responsibilities

Du berichtest an den Customer Service Operations Manager und stehst im Zentrum unseres Unternehmens: Extern pflegst du den Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und Händlern, intern arbeitest du eng mit den anderen Abteilungen zusammen.

  • Aufbau vertrauensvoller und nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Kunden durch offene, präzise und effiziente Kommunikation
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Versand von Benachrichtigungen an Kunden und Händler zur Bestätigung des Wareneingangs der Uhren
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen für Reparaturen sowie Versand von Erinnerungen bei offenen, noch nicht genehmigten Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden per Telefon, E-Mail oder Brief
  • Abschluss abgeschlossener Reparaturen sowie Erstellung der entsprechenden Rechnungen
  • Verwaltung von Reparaturen, die in die Schweiz weitergeleitet werden
  • Kommunikation mit der Zentrale zu eskalierten Beschwerden, Reparaturprozessen, Reportings etc.
  • Organisation von Sonderlieferungen und weiteren administrativen Aufgaben

Profile

Wir suchen jemanden mit erster erfolgreicher Berufserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Position. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zudem bist du sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel. Ein Interesse an der Uhrenbranche beziehungsweise Uhrmacherkunst rundet dein Profil ab.

Du arbeitest eigenständig und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld den Überblick. Mit deiner energiegeladenen und motivierten Art sowie deinem ausgeprägten Organisationsgeschick arbeitest du ziel- und ergebnisorientiert. Darüber hinaus überzeugst du durch deine offene und flexible Persönlichkeit sowie durch deine starken Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
