Position

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1,Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results 2,Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience

3,Drvise Clients across the Brand and all product categories

4,Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty

5,Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

6,Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

7,Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior

8,Follow the company’s policies and procedures

- 欢迎每一位客户并提供最好的客户体验。

- 为客户提供关于品牌和所有产品类别的建议

- 与客户建立长期的关系，利用不同Clienteling工具，以培育品牌忠诚度

- 作为团队成员，参与所有有助于实现店铺整体目标的活动。

- 学习和掌握品牌和产品知识

- 尊重路易威登品牌仪容和行为标准

- 遵守公司的政策和流程

岗位要求：

- 全日制大专或以上文化程度

- 两年以上精品零售等相关服务性行业工作经验

- 有高级成衣、鞋履和腕表产品背景者优先考虑

- 具备主动地销售意识和服务技巧

- 工作踏实认真，勤奋好学，有良好的团队合作精神

- 普通话标准，会日常英语优先考虑

- 懂基本的电脑操作
