Position

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the marketing department in organizing and executing various events, including liaising with suppliers and coordinating event logistics.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Handle payment processing and financial transactions for the department.
  4. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


Key Competencies:

  1. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  2. High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
  3. Availability to work five days a week.
  4. Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Prior internship experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
