工作职责

1. 销售工作

•协助店铺完成业绩指标，美容坊销售占比达到目标。


2. 客户服务：

•积极为客户提供专业咨询服务和做好客户异议的处理

•做好定期的客户回访和邀约，了解客户需求和信息反馈收集


3. 基本背景

• 相关美容行业或化妆品行业3年以上，相关工作经验

• 从美容学校毕业，获得美容师从业证书


4. 外貌形象

• 温暖，成熟，自信

• 面容较好，且皮肤情况良好；整洁大方的妆容，施淡香氛

• 修剪整齐的双手，短指甲，有光泽


5. 行为举止

• 肯定、自信和明白事理

• 耐心，温暖和充满活力的人


6. 交流能力

• 有交流技巧，好口才，悦耳的声音

• 有能力简化信息


7. 其他能力

• 观察力和倾听本领
