(一)客户开发与关系维护
- 客户拓展:通过圈层活动(如品牌发布会、艺术展览、高端沙龙)、老客户推荐、精准渠道合作等方式,挖掘潜在高净值客户,建立初步联系并引导至店体验。
- 客户深耕:基于客户档案(包括消费偏好、风格需求、重要纪念日、生活场景等),提供 “一对一” 专属服务,例如新品优先推荐、定制化搭配方案、售后跟进等,提升客户忠诚度与复购率。
- 客户关系管理:熟练使用 CRM(客户关系管理系统)记录客户互动细节,定期通过电话、私信、专属邀约等方式维护客情,确保客户长期粘性,打造 “私人顾问” 形象。
(二)销售达成与服务交付
- 专业销售流程:
- 接待:以优雅、得体的礼仪迎接客户,营造舒适、私密的沟通氛围,避免过度推销感。
- 需求挖掘:通过深度提问(如 “您平时更偏爱商务还是休闲场合穿着?”“您希望这件单品搭配现有衣橱中的哪类风格?”),精准捕捉客户潜在需求。
- 产品呈现:不仅介绍产品材质、工艺与功能,更需传递背后的品牌历史、设计理念与文化故事(如某款手袋的灵感来源、定制工艺的稀缺性),凸显奢侈品的 “精神价值”。
- 异议处理:以专业态度解答客户对价格、保养、稀缺性等方面的疑问,例如 “这款限量款全球仅发售 XX 件,目前门店库存仅剩 2 件,您若需要可帮您优先锁定”。
- 成交与售后:协助客户完成支付流程,详细告知产品保养方法、保修政策,并赠送品牌专属包装;成交后 24 小时内进行售后回访,确认客户满意度。
- 销售指标达成:根据门店目标拆解个人销售任务(包括销售额、客单价、复购率、新客户开发数量等),制定月度 / 周度销售计划,确保按时完成。
(三)品牌形象维护与门店运营
- 品牌形象传递:严格遵守品牌着装规范与服务标准,在与客户的每一次互动中(接待、沟通、售后)传递品牌的高端调性与核心价值观(如优雅、传承、创新)。
- 门店陈列与货品管理:
- 协助维护门店货品陈列的整洁与美观,确保符合品牌视觉标准(如橱窗展示、货架摆放、灯光搭配)。
- 每日核对货品库存,及时上报缺货、破损或瑕疵商品,协助进行货品盘点,确保账实相符。
- 妥善保管高端定制款、限量款等稀缺货品,避免损坏或丢失。
- 市场信息反馈:主动收集客户对产品设计、价格、服务的反馈,以及竞品在当地市场的动态(如新品上市、促销活动),定期整理并上报给主管,为品牌决策提供参考。
