Requirements:
40% Business report:
· Manage the routine reporting including weekly reports, monthly reports to top management of central, consolidation of store data/report and weekly/ monthly report (weekly event calendar, weekly competitor data and weekly report, monthly event report, monthly business slides to Paris, monthly competitor report to David, weekly newsletter)
· Support VP on business planning, including annual sales strategy, competitor analysis, monthly sales target allocation
20% Coordination:
· Coordinate between retail VP and retail regional directors, store managers and cross function for retail innovative project, attend retail director weekly catch up meeting and in charge of the meeting follow-up and make sure the delivery
40%Administration:
· Business trip arrangement including manage itinerary and prepare market visit book
· Manage contract and payment including monthly expense, national events relief crew hotel (15 events/year), regional store manager meeting (twice/region/year), SMM/TMM (3 times/year), RD seminar (4 times/year), as well as retail VP’s reimbursement
· Plan and host quarterly regional director seminar, SMM and TMM
· Administrative support to Retail VP's through consolidating necessary information from RDs/SMs
· Meeting arrangement and record meeting minutes
