Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role is a strategic role to improve business performance by overseeing sales planning and retail intelligence, including business planning and breakdown on a regular base, developing distribution strategy in different channels, improve effectiveness and efficiency of the whole retail team, and optimizing internal communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic sales planning

· Set annual retail KPIs and break down to region/supervisor/store level, including retail sales, GR%, PE%, and ranking target

· Deploy clear monthly key focus to retail team on products/TA/retail KPI to achieve retail target

· Architect projects to improve retail excellence

Business Development

· Analyze brand and competitors’ distribution evolution and performance in different channels

· Develop distribution strategy and pipelines from city tiers, cities, to department stores and boutiques

· Take charge of retail matrix of channel differentiation including offline counters, e-retail, domestic airports.

Retail Excellence

· Collaborate with cross functions to allocate appropriate resources regarding store classification and drive profitability

· Bridge field sales team and HQ to optimize implementation of campaigns and plans

· Manage bi-annual JBP Cycle, deck preparation and all related support

· Set up quarterly offline sales meeting with internal business performance and ambition update, best practice sharing and external marketing and sales linkage to lock resources

MAIN KPIS

· Monthly business plan of sales target/key retail KPIs/ key products focus

· Retail Performance analysis on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual base

· Organize planning and deployment meeting to ensure smooth communication and understanding of brand Campaigns

PROFILE

Key competencies:

· Excellent computer skills, including Powerpoint, Excel & Words.

· Good knowledge of the retail management

· Detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility, drive for results and deliver excellence.

Profile :

· Bachelor degree graduate

· Minimum 5 years and above experience in direct retail planning and intelligence

· Solid experience in multi-cultural working environment

· Bilingual: English and Chinese-Mandarin
