Position

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

  • Design and implement system configurations, oversee installations, and enforce standards for network environments.
  • Document processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Voice Architecture Operate & Deployment

  • Operate and deploy Cisco voice solutions (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex Calling) across retail stores, warehouses, and offices, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with existing networks.
  • Manage IP phone provisioning, gateways, while migrating legacy PSTN services to IPT systems.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and resolve outages promptly.
  • Collaborate with network architects to optimize architectures and schedule upgrades.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Plan and manage budgets for network assets, services, and projects.

Solution Design & Resilience

  • Support the design and deployment of new solutions while enhancing the resilience of existing systems.

Technical Evolution Projects

  • Contribute to projects focused on evolving network technologies, ensuring robust internet access, security, and infrastructure scalability.
  • Facilitate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align network capabilities with business goals.

Technical Guidance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide expert advice on network configurations, security, and infrastructure to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to align priorities and ensure project success.



Key Requirements & Competencies

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of network operations experience in multinational corporations (MNCs).

Certifications

  • CCNP certification required; CCIE and/or CISSP highly desirable.
  • PMP is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills

Technical Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
  • Proficiency with network devices from vendors such as Cisco/Meraki, Huawe.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN) using traditional and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice platform (CUCM, UCCX, Unity Connection)

Network Security

  • Strong understanding of security principles, with hands-on experience managing firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools.

Cloud Networking

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating cloud services into existing networks.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Skilled in using network management tools to monitor performance, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure availability.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex issues.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for service management.

Industry & Cultural Fit

  • Experience working with international brands in China, spanning multiple business units.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for multicultural collaboration.
