您会充分发挥您的专业销售技巧及热情来经营您在 Tiffany & Co. 的事业。作为一名蒂芙尼的专业客户顾问，您将发挥顾问式销售技巧、对产品的专业理解和客户开发技巧，来达成您的个人销售目标，并促成店铺的整体成功。


工作职责:

销售工作

- 充分发挥策略性销售技巧，达成或超额完成个人销售目标，以帮助顾客挑选合意的产品并完成购买

- 用恰当的方式及时地回应顾客的咨询


客户沟通及拓展

- 通过接触、跟进及提供卓越的服务，维护现有顾客关系，并开发新客户

- 为顾客提供售后服务，用专业的方式处理顾客投诉


系统管理

- 在客户数据库内输入并管理顾客资料

- 熟练使用公司应用系统及软件

- 负责店铺货品库存盘点及管理


部门合作

- 发挥团队合作精神，支持公司发掘销售潜能

- 积极参与并提供支持，以协助达成公司目标


资历要求:

- 具备3年及以上奢侈品销售经验，或者相关客户服务经验

- 具有出色的销售能力

- 出色的沟通、客户服务技巧及统筹管理多种工作能力

- 具备与不同人员沟通工作的能力及团队精神，适应快速、变化的工作环境

- 愿意在非常规的工作时间内工作，包括晚上、周末及假期

- 高中及以上学历
